UPDATED CHECK IN TIME FOR 2020 SEASON
Check In begins at 4pm to 7pm. Your room will be ready by 7pm the latest. We do apologize for the delay; we are using the extended time for sanitizing and cleaning guest rooms. Also, bedspreads will no longer be on the beds. We do recommend bringing your own. There will be a clean laundered bedspread in each closet if you choose not to bring one you may use the bedspreads in the closets.
Reservations require at the time of booking a non-refundable deposit of 1st night room & tax. Cancellations or changes made up to 30 days of arrival are subject to a hotel fee equal to 1st night room & tax.
The remaining balance of Room, Fees & Tax for all reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of arrival or no-shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
PREPAYMENT: By providing your credit card you are authorizing the property to charge your card at the time of booking a deposit of 1st night room & tax and to charge your card the remaining balances when they become due. Your card will be charged the remaining reservation balance of Room, Fees & Tax at least 30 days prior to arrival. If we are unable to collect the amounts due from your card your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
ADVANCE PURCHASE PREPAID RATE: Guest's credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking for the reservation total of Room, Fees & Tax. This rate is non-refundable and changes to your reservation are not permitted. Cancellations are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation
WWW.SHORESOFPANAMA.COM EXCLUSIVE 24-HOUR BOOKING GUARANTEE: All guests booking direct at www.shoresofpanama.com or our telephone reservation department will have 24 hours from the time of their original booking to cancel their reservation without being charged a cancellation fee provided that the reservation was booked seven (7) days or more prior to the arrival date.
Minimum Check in Age: 18
Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit is required for guests under 25.
* During peak periods Check In begins at 4pm and is not guaranteed before 7pm. Pre- Registration begins at 12pm. Security will not allow anyone in the building prior to 12pm for check in days.
*Parking Garage clearance is 6 ft 7in. The parking garage does not hold oversized vehicles other than the first floor. These spots are first come first serve and cannot be reserved at any time We do not recommend you bring big trucks or vans as you will not have a guaranteed spot on the premises. Most oversized vehicles have to park in the overflow parking lot about 1/2 mile from the resort.

Studios & One Bedrooms- 1 Parking Spot with 1 Pass
Two Bedrooms- 1 Reserved Parking Spot, 1 non- reserved Parking Spot
Three Bedrooms- 1 Reserved Parking Spot, 1 non- reserved Parking Spot
No further parking passes are available. All extra vehicles will need to be directed to the overflow parking.
Rooms are only allowed the number of occupants the unit can sleep. Any extra occupants will not be allowed to check in and an upgrade with price increase may be charged.

Two Bedrooms- 8 Occupants
Three Bedrooms- 8-10 Occupants
